2020 Legislature:
The recent Legislative session for Colorado was a disaster. Economically and Financially the budget was put in harms way and this is resulting in increased property taxes and business taxes being excessively forced on to the good people of Colorado. Partisan politics has taken it's toll and the People of Colorado are going to be left holding the bag for bad legislative decisions during the 2020 year.
SB20-163 Vaccinations was a draconian forced vaccination program that took parental rights away. Colorado already had a good vaccination rate but my opponent pushed a slippy slope argument over mumps and chicken pox in Kindergarten vaccinations that was not needed. It didn't matter a thousand people showed up to fight the bill. The Democrats had full control and let us the people of Colorado know we had no say in anything.
SB20-217 Witch hunts in law enforcement forcing the police to be policed by more police in administration at great cost and expense to the taxpayer to create fewer and fewer law enforcement of our communities and we get to watch as that thin blue line becomes invisible to the naked eye. Most police stations are already over worked and understaffed. 1 police officer is surrounded by a hundred or more criminals everyday. In a city with 30 police that is 3000 criminals in a city of 45000 people. This bill was created to support the criminals. Police are simply a security force designed to protect the laws of the community. The Police are not the enemy bad government is the root of this cause and extreme factions where allowed to rise in support of crime because of COVID-19, protests and violent agitators.
Supports Oil and Gas Jobs. Oil and Gas is the strength of the USA and I seen it in action preserving our way of life.
Environmental Responsibility. Makes sense to preserve our environment. Better for People and better for Colorado's Future.
Pro-Life, Stop Abortions and prevent unborn deaths, All Human Souls count and should have a chance at life.
School Choice, Pro-Preference, Pro-Choice. US Education is admired world wide and Choice of education and Home school is the back bone of this Nation.
Urban Development and Planning
Addressing irresponsible government Leadership. Taking action to address concerns in Government when bad leaders forget that we are all Good Colorado People. Families, Friends, Neighbors we are Colorado.
State and County Citizens Advisory to keep Cities responsible to their Constituents.
Making sure Trumps restrictions on China trade is not being eroded by Democrats trying to pass bill to allow China to ship to Colorado via Canada or other foreign nations.
Restoring the Death Penalty and amendments for precise trials with no errors.
Improving Hospital care services and reducing prescription drugs for senior and fixed income. Meeting the growing medical needs of the people of Colorado by creating medical care choices and competitive markets.
Colorado should be a leader in Medical Medicines and should be Exporting medicines to the world and not being dependent on foreign medicine.
Keeping TABOR. Fiscal Responsibility begins and ends with TABOR keeping our government honest and responsible.
Repeal Red Flag Laws only the Good Law-Abiding end up in court over this while the bad guys never get served an ERPO.
TABOR protecting School Finance System. Complicated Finance? I don't think so. Prudent fiscal responsibility is essential to providing better schooling.
Ensuring College is Attainable for wide background Educations and Home Schooled.
Improving Prisons and Corrections and preventing harmful criminals released into society by the socialists.

Fairness in immigration and the rights of US Citizens and Lawful Residents over Illegal Residents. Pulling back Sanctuary Cities to no longer protect illegal felons.

Looking to the Future of the Space Force and pushing forward to establish Colorado as a prime location for Space Command and the Areo Space Industries and Military sectors.
Parental Rights to say no to vaccinations. Everyone has a right to know and decide for themselves what vaccines they are willing to take and what kinds of medicines they accept in life. No point to force this or make them watch a video.

State Intervention of City Caused Predatory Real Estate Housing Schemes to prevent Gentrification and reduce Homelessness with housing and jobs.

Ensuring building regulations do not mandate expensive unsustainable infrastructure that makes affordable housing a lie.
Preserving Citizen's Civil Rights and Liberties. Equality and Fairness to provide Quality of Life to all Colorado People.
Review of Insurance to make sure that Insurance companies that have made a bundle off their customers do what they are suppose to for their customers.
Prevent government over reach and zero micro-management by government.
Preserving the quality of religion in Colorado and preventing the democrat/socialist discrimination on Christianity in Colorado. All religions should be accepted equally for the faith they are.
