It Comes to no surprise that my campaign is being stalked and attacked by disinformation, lies and fake news from Tabloid News papers feeding you misinformation. Misrepresenting information and putting their own toxic sinister twist on stories just trying to get viewers and subscribers. Much like the Tabloids back in the day that told you of alien motherships and Elvis's return and second coming.
Some of these slander driven tabloids and poor excuses for "news" are Colorado Politics, the Colorado Herald and a long list of unsavory and piss poor excuses for journalism.
These tabloids are well funded by Democrat sponsors and my incumbent and opponent is behind some of it. These tabloids have sent me their ransom and extortion demands claiming they will stop lying about me if only I paid them to stop lying. In the form of 400 to 1000 dollar advertising fees for internet adds that they have full control over. These tabloids made threats to disgrace me if I do not pay them. I received about 10 emails from these Tabloids that read like "Ransom demands and Extortion."
Kyle Mullica should be ashamed he's associated with these tabloids and expunge them from his facebook. Then again he's writing lies in his donations letters and calling me names. It's likely he's one of those corrupt tabloid fiends himself.
Below is my rebuttal to 18 issues I wrote a response to. I'm putting it on my website because I'm not going to talk to unsavory characters at these dirty tabloids in Colorado who are just the Fake and False News sources of corruption and evil in politics. Who have misunderstood and with criminal intent warped, twisted and misrepresented me in their Liable and slanderous ways of false news writing.
Rebuttal to Tabloid disinformation..
1. The claim I threatened people is completely false. I made no threats to no one, the person claiming it never said what the threats where. Because no threats where ever made.
2. The claim of Indecency is also false. Nothing indecent ever happened and those false allegations where never stated.
3. When I mentioned an example of intolerant and extreme behavior I used the example of Hitler and I did not call anybody what the tabloid misrepresented. Some tabloid writers need to refrain from fantasy and making things up. Read it again, I did not call them anything.
4. I use to work in the government and was responsible as Human Resources for many government employees for the purpose of payroll, taxes, administration, review, and disciplinary actions. I know many peoples SSN's and have been vetted to know such information. I asked Even Underwood for 3 reasons. 1. He wrote down my SSN on a form he refused to provide me a copy of. 2. He was seeking paid employment as my campaign manager. 3. A background check might of been required because of SSI or Confidential settings I sometimes have participated in while in government service. Evan did sign an NDA and is in violation and breach of that NDA. No further action is being taken at this time.
5. No there is not a nationwide or local dispute between me and homeschoolers. I hardly call 10 to 15 opposition supporters a cross section of country wide opposition, again tabloid false and fake news. Fact is that there is actually more support for me in supporting Homeschools and correcting the bad legislation the democrats created that made homeschool in Colorado difficult. Fact is I'll be making homeschool easier as a choice of education and creating a means for homeschoolers to have access to educational funding to support their homeschool programs.
6. Yes I defeated my primary opponent by 15 points. Yes there were donkey's hiding among the elephants along with other parties. Yes there was an email that did delete my information and favored my primary opponent as they failed to respond in time for the earlier email. That situation was resolved and was a clerical error. Why does a democrat backed tabloid know so much about this inside issue? Enquiring minds would like to know.
7. Yes I'll be facing that less than savory Kyle Mullica who is a government official writing legislation for his private sector employer, which technically is a conflict of interest for the state of Colorado. Interesting enough though he knows quite a bit of the inner activities of the ACGOP and alludes to a possible spy in the organization.
8. Yes I know about the Lebstock story and the entire events around that election and appointments. In my honest review of the situation. I believe none of the candidates that where appointed or ran to replace Lebstock where qualified. Especially Kyle Mullica whom honestly was a failure as a city council representative in Northglenn for my city ward as he was one of the "Toxic Council," members that had over the past 15 years defunded the police and a key reason NGPD became underfunded and had many contested issues resulting in a 400 page survey that confirmed failures caused by democrats defunding police and misdirecting funding. I'm even more disappointed the democrats in the city and house district are abusing the Floyd incident in a shallow attempt to misdirect funding. When the proof is that HD34 law enforcement needs more funding to improve law enforcement in my House District.
9. Evidence has shown that people identified as Antifa in Denver did in fact loot, riot, destroy, lit on fire cars and other objects, and defaced property in a Domestic Terrorist sort of way. Dave Williams article to my knowledge is not debunked but further evidence proved Democrat backed rioting in Colorado did threaten the lives of peaceful protesters and many who attended "Back the Blue," event have testified to being out right attacked and assaulted by Antifa identified Democrat backed supporters. The Dystopian destruction in Denver is proof my opinion was correct and that Kyle Mullica signed a paper trying to cover up and deny the destruction and lawlessness that was transpiring by Democrat activists in Denver. While city Democrat leaders where issuing orders for the police to stand down and do nothing. This issue is still unresolved and Kyle Mullica is the wrong person to appropriately address this issue and restore law and order to Colorado.
10. The purpose of the HD34 committee is to help Republican Candidates through the election process. This is to render a resource of aid, support, and information for candidates to run for office and get elected. Which the HD34 committee has failed to do and has over stepped their responsibility. Also instead of remaining neutral they had taken sides in the primary. In meetings with the chair who wanted to be employed as my campaign manager, I have received false platform information and have learned to distrust the chairman as a result.
11. If the Tabloid did more research they would of learned I actually ran good campaigns without spending any money. Like my Northglenn Mayor campaign. I fell people are already over taxed and am not keen on asking for more money even though it's greatly accepted and needed. I've made commitments to organizations to be a good steward of resources for our government.
12. Kyle Mullica made a "Condescending Comment," when he called me names and used the word "Misogynist". Which is a lie that Kyle Mullica told his benefactors in that donation letter of his. I grew up with a single mother and was watched by my oldest sister and hung out with my two sisters and their friends often. I get along with women just fine. I accept everyone for who they are better than Kyle Mullica who's kind of creepy. Kyle Mullica has more women that hate him than I do. But then again I'm an Artist and have from time to time in my life been allowed to sketch women who have placed great confidence and trust in me. I have also sketched men too FYI.
13. Kyle Mullica is right this district is not strongly Democrat. Kyle Mullica caused that problem himself and would say disparaging remarks about me trying to keep his voter base.
14. Kyle Mullica is wrong. Anti-vaccination is backed by science and research notes strongly proving that some vaccinations do pose significant risks to others. Kyle Mullica works for the medical industry in a low level Nurses job that is not a person who is knowledgeable of actual medicines and has no authority to force vaccinations on the public.
15. Kyle Mullica is in conflict of interest and his employer should terminate him for violating the limits of his medical knowledge and assuming he's a Doctor or that he's even capable of health care regulation covering his industry. Mullica is essentially a grade school student writing the next National Electrical Code for his employer. It's a conflict of interest and Kyle Mullica is creating breach of ethics and morality by using his Nurse title to create irresponsible legislation that negatively impacts health care in Colorado. Kyle Mullica is unfit for the Legislator and should be criminally investigated for conflict of interest with the state of Colorado and that of his employer. Government should never become a Medical Monopoly or health care tyranny or the authority for the Health care industry. This socialism must end and Medical free market enterprise with appropriate government oversight needs to be restored.
16. Fact is because of my background and KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) in government service I'm the appropriate candidate to represent House District 34. In addition I have an Engineering and Science background. If anything I know more about science, training and education, and policy than Kyle Mullica ever will. He's inexperienced and to young for office, he's in way over his head and he thinks the state legislator is the hospital he works at. House District 34 is composed of thousands of jobs and different industries. Kyle Mullica is not representing the people of his district. He's representing big medicine and big pharmacy and just those who pay him and tell him what to legislate. Kyle Mullica is a tool and puppet, you pay him enough he does what he is told. Kyle Mullica is corruption of Government and his policies ended up causing so many problems in HD34 that I had no choice but to run for office. Kyle Mullica is the Systemic Irrational Democrat Socialist Government or SIDS government for short. Yes he wants to kill babies after they are fully formed and can live full normal lives. Kyle Mullica has to go he's a baby killer.
17. Kyle Mullica is a Nurse, he changes bed pans and seldom actually does anything that is really called medicine or science. On the Aircraft Carriers I served on and the Ship yards I worked in and the professional Electrician License and the Electronics education I have. A Nurse in the Navy would never claim to know science better than me. My wife works in the medical field and would never debate science with me knowing what I do is much more science based. Because I've passed testing for Nuclear power plants. I worked in the industry of true science. Kyle Mullica is a hack when it comes to "Science."
18. Kyle Mullica is again wrong. I support healthy Homeschool educations and providing meaningful and helpful ease of access to homeschool and providing assistance to those programs that the parents have contributed too in Colorado. Homeschool is a valid form of education and all I needed to watch was a Colorado Channel Legislation session where Kyle Mullica was forcing public schools to teach alternative life style choices to teenagers. Teenagers do not understand these things and are unlikely to make alternative life style choices unless exposed to it by an adult. These perverted classes supported by Kyle Mullica is why parents want out of the Public Schools and a choice of education. So they can teach their children right and keep them on a moral and ethical path. Kyle Mullica during this bad and wickedly perverted evil legislation, started to cry on the floor of the house of representatives. Kyle Mullica pointed out aspects of his own mother and humiliated her on the house floor. During this emotional outburst for attention Kyle Mullica was seeking comfort from women legislators that where not his wife. Complete inappropriate conduct and to shame his family members like that on the house floor is inappropriate and juvenile. Kyle Mullica is unfit for office. This was all caught on camera during that past legislative session.
