Reason for voting YES.

Amendment 76 is a Yes.  This vote is to protect our elections and ensure US Citizens and not foreign nationals have control of our US government and the State of Colorado.  Illegal immigration is a real issue and without secure boarders it would not be difficult for hostile nations to send hundreds of thousands of their citizens in the USA for the purpose of subverting our US elections to reflect the will of a foreign government in the USA.  Making sure to limit our elections to US Citizens only, will protect the USA and Colorado.

Amendment 77 is a Yes.  This vote will allow the cities that allow gaming to have more say to limits and new games directly.  I am not a gambler, yet do not believe there is any reason to restrict or limit these activities as other near by states have done well with this line of business.  Providing jobs and improving economic conditions.  legalizing gaming places these activities are in the open and allows for better management and law enforcement and reduces criminal elements or those who fund terrorist activities by underground illegal gambling activities.

Proposition 115 is a YES.  Late term Abortion up to and at the moment of Birth should be illegal.  After 22 weeks the Babies can live full natural lives.  They are unique human beings and deserve protection under the US Constitution and the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.  None of the arguments by my opponent has made is justified or warranted as this is Twenty-Two weeks or 5 in a half months too late for an abortion.  It is murder at this point and medical companies have no right to bribe women to commit to this abortion.   Vote YES on Prop. 115 is voting to save the lives of unborn babies that are fully developed human beings.

Proposition 116 is a YES.  Reducing taxes is important in the state of Colorado and ending socialism and government dependency.  This frees up money so the people and not the government get's to decide how to spend their own money.  Encourages Free economy and helps to provide jobs and more incomes in Colorado.  The arguments against this fall flat and everyone one knows every penny counts when it comes down to providing for your family and loved ones.  Vote YES and protect your money and use it the way you see fit.

Proposition 117 is a YES.  Fee's under the guise of government controlled business is an attempt at new taxes and government directly controlling businesses in Colorado.  Colorado has a right for it's people to have direct say over the creation of Government controlled business and taxes in the form of fees.

Amendment C is a YES.  Bingo raffles and charitable companies should not have to wait 5 years for a license.  This amendment reduces that to 3 years which is good.  This amendment also allows the employment of staffing.  Which is also good as I do know many who are involved in these programs and would be better off being compensated as employees and improves business and economic development in Colorado.

Issues I'm voting NO.

Amendment B is a NO.  Another attack on TABOR by the greedy Democrats this time wanting to repeal the Gallagher amendment.   Shifting property tax percentage rate from business to the residential community.  Repeal of the Gallagher amendment will cause problems in property taxes down the road and many residential property owners are already upset over property tax increases in recent years.  Especially when some property owners realized the local government illegally inflated real estate values for the purpose of excessive property tax increases.  Property taxation is a sensitive issue and the Gallagher Amendment should remain intact.

Proposition EE is a NO.  This is one of my opponents medical tyranny concerns of a Nurse dictating your health.  This taxation on Nicotine products becomes excessive and expensive. The state of Colorado should not be using drugs, narcotics, or addictive substances to pay for education as it sets an immoral reasoning for education in the state of Colorado.  The majority of people do not smoke and this is no longer a growing industry as more people are aware of the health hazards and social implications of tobacco use.  This tax has already been done and the amounts of future revenue is fantasy.  Vote No as this is not a viable solution to our tax problems in Colorado.  If they wanted to tax this then they should of retained legal adult age at 18 instead of 21.  This legislation is pointless.

Proposition 113 is a NO.  National Popular Vote.   Colorado will only get a say as to who is the President of the USA by the current system of the Electoral College.  This a California Polis and his California advocates trying to make Colorado into Calirado.  The Electoral College protects states like our Colorado from the rise of larger state Tyranny.  National Popular Vote would silence Colorado and give us no say in National politics.  Vote No on Proposition 113.

Proposition 114 is a NO.  Reintroduction of Grey Wolves in Colorado.  This is a bad idea.  There are many books on the history of wolves in this region and at one time in the old wild west the wolf problem was significant.  Wolves hunt in packs and are brutal predators they can not be tamed.  Reintroduction will harm many industries like ranches and farmers and place human populations at risk.  These wolves will move into Adams County and will hunt your pets and will be worse than bears or foxes in your back yard.  Vote NO on Prop. 114.

Proposition 118 is a NO.  FMLA Paid.  Paid Family Medical Leave Act is a selfish Democrat Socialist Legislator driven initiative.  This is Democrat Legislators pampering themselves under the guise of a plan for Government employees in Colorado.  This will be an increase in taxes and costs and you the taxpayer who doesn't work a government job will be stuck with the bill.  More over there are some mental health issues that will require government employees to get creative and possibly lie to use this new form of paid leave.  This is the worst legislation I've heard about from State Senator Winters prior to the 2020 Legislative session and your Democrats in the Colorado House and Senate are excited about abusing this Proposition.  Besides most of the other Paid Leave incentives are excessively good and the liberal values covered under this bill are simply abuse of taxes and are unethical conduct.  Vote NO on Proposition 118.
